What are we striving for?
We are a team that develops and manufactures residential modules for tourism. Our modules can be autonomous, mobile and fully prepared for year-round use in the climatic conditions of Russia.
Our modules can provide autonomous accommodation for up to seven days, thanks to water and electricity supplies from solar panels. They can also be equipped with a septic tank for waste treatment. The modules are easy to transport and can be adapted to the customer's needs.

What material and technology is the house built from?
The house is built using frame construction technology with a metal frame. A bent channel is used as a frame. Inside there is a layer of vapor barrier, insulation and interior finishing - quartz vinyl, outside it is covered with metal and the exterior finishing is decorative panels or other materials at the customer's choice.
What kind of windows do you install?
We use energy-saving windows from our regular partners. The windows and doors use a double insulation circuit, a two-chamber triple-glazed window and a five-chamber profile. A huge advantage of an energy-saving double-glazed window, compared to a conventional one, is heat conservation, which leads to energy savings. In addition, they reflect heat transfer from the outside much better. That is, a room equipped with energy-saving double-glazed windows heats up less in the summer heat than a room with conventional structures.
Does the project provide for some kind of ventilation system?
Yes, of course! By default, each house has supply valves, forced electric ventilation in the bathroom, and a recuperator can be additionally installed.
